New Data with Guild Member Chunking

Summary

There were a variety of new fields added to the guild member chunk event(mainly the presences field), which could be useful if exposed.

This would also probably involve changing the DiscordGuild.RequestAllMembersAsync() to accept arguments on requesting members.

I am not sure what the nonce field does for chunking however.
