Updated brew install command for FFMPEG.
Updated macOS branding.

Changes proposed

FFMPEG: --with-ffplay has been replaced with --with-sdl2, and --with-libvo-aacenc/--with-schroedinger have been removed from the latest version (FFMPEG 4.0.1-macOS on Homebrew 1.6.15)
Labelling: Mac OS X -> macOS (now marketed as macOS, rebranded)

Notes

Tested with working voice support on macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
