I made the readme more betterer

Details

Much more focus has been given to the nightly releases. The usage/installation section has been completely rewritten to give more emphasis to the choice between stable and nightly releases, which will hopefully reduce the amount of people who don't understand the actual differences between them.

Changes proposed

  • Order the MyGet nightlies ahead of the NuGet releases
  • New Installing section clearly describes the differences between the stable and nightly versions
  • Build "instructions" for Mac and GNU plus Linux
  • Link to the nightly branch's documentation
  • Specifically denote that the examples and tutorials correspond only to the stable branch
